Post ISD is seeking an individual with a passion for teaching and learning to lead our elementary campus. The right candidate will be an educational visionary that understands the ever-changing world and has a vision for creating a setting that will lay the foundation for future success.

The acceptable candidate will have experience leading an instructional team in a positive, proactive manner and will demonstrate expertise in effective instructional leadership, campus management, student discipline and educational innovation. It is imperative that we provide our students with a well-rounded education that focuses on educating the whole child; tapping into and igniting their creativity and imagination as we instill a love for learning into each child. 

This position will require a leader that understands the importance of developing positive relationships with staff and students. The successful candidate will be a leader with a clear set of systems and structures that is willing to lead our campus, contribute to our administrative team and be committed to our school and community. 

Education/Certification:

Master’s degree

Texas principal certificate

Texas Teacher Evaluate & Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Experience:

Administrative experience required

Previous principal experience preferred
